Bacardi Limon 3003, was an experiential marketing tour across the United States. Before social media and with alcohol advertising restrictions on mainstream television in 2003, Bacardi sought out a new approach to marketing their latest product.
CircX was brought on board to spearhead the immersive entertainment throughout the 30-city national tour. From ideation to realisation, our company created all the costuming for both the touring CircX talent as well as the locally sourced brand ambassadors in each city.
* Collaborated with marketing company in character design & costume fabrication for all immersive entertainment.
* Co-ordinated all travel details for the talent, including weekly flights & hotels.
* Training, directing & maintaining quality control of all entertainment, including local and flown in talent.
*Conceptualising, creating & choreographing custom branded entertainment for both the stage and immersive performances.
