SHAQ'S FUN HOUSE CIRCUS ENTERTAINMENT
Produced by Medium Rare, Shaq's Fun House is Shaquille O' Neal's personal live event platform. Shaq's Fun house brings SHAQ's iconic over-the-top personality to life, quickly emerging as one of the country's most in-demand and viral festivals since its inception in 2018. CircX was hired by Medium Rare to provide all circus talent and immersive entertainment for Shaq's Fun House Launch in 2018. CircX continues to be their go-to entertainment provider for the Florida market, providing all interactive entertainment, cabaret | side show productions and roving circus acts for the WMC instalments of Shaq's Fun House as well as the Super Bowl in 2020.
ENTERTAINMENT DIRECTION
* Responsible for casting, directing and managing a cast of over 50 plus performers including, strolling circus acts, interactive character actors, sideshow performers, atmospheric acrobats and other speciality talent.
* Collaborating with producers Medium Rare in custom designing and fabricating costumes for all circus and theatrical roving talent.
* Producing midway shows and cabaret spectaculars to run virtually non-stop on a dedicated stage during the festival.
ROVING SPECIALITY ACTS
Produced at Mana Wynwood, for the 2020 Super Bowl edition, the venue did not allow for any fire acts or pyrotechnics. Instead, we needed to rely on other immersive strolling circus acts. In addition to our bespoke interactive character actors, we brought in a variety of speciality acts including, ambient acrobatic dancers, L.E.D. Jugglers, atmospheric contortionists and other side show performers.
TOE JAM BACK LOT CIRCUS ARTISTS AND IMMERSIVE PERFORMERS
Being an outdoor venue, we had more flexibility to add fire artists to our entertainment roster for the 2018 and 2019 editions of Shaq's Fun House. From captivating fire dancing to death-defying fire breathing, the addition of pyrotechnics and fire performance elevated the overall immersive entertainment experience.
