FOUR SEASONS AT THE SURF CLUB ENTERTAINMENT
Operating more than 100 hotels and resorts worldwide, Four Seasons Hotel and Resorts is an international luxury hotel and resort company. One of their resorts, The Four Seasons Hotel at the Surf Club is a 1930's era establishment located in the town of Surfside in Miami Florida.
In 2017, the management at the Four Seasons at the Surf Club approached the world-renowned high-end photographer and theatrical producer Ivan Belaustegui, about orchestrating the entertainment for the Four Seasons at the Surf Club for their upcoming New Year's Eve celebration and beyond.
Ivan Belaustegui in turn approached CircX to help in realise his vision. Under the direction of Mr Belaustegui, CircX plays an integral role in producing the overall concept from bespoke costuming to entertainment.
ENTERTAINMENT DIRECTION & COSTUME DESIGN
* Collaborating with creative producer Ivan Belaustegui, to design and fabricate bespoke costumes to be in line with the Four Seasons Hotel's high-end luxury brand.

* Coordinated with all the select subcontracted artists from musicians to roving entertainment in order to maximise their performance and create the timeline that provided for virtually non-stop entertainment.

* Provided on-site management and direction of all entertainment from the interchanging band and DJ schedule to all the immersive roving entertainment and choreographed stage performances as well as the roaming speciality acts.

From interactive performers to atmospheric acrobatic dancers, we created a unique cast of immersive entertainers. Each character was custom-tailored to amplify the Four Seasons brand.

2020
For NYE of 2019-2020, we took inspiration from the classic Venetian Carnival Theme. As the year prior all costuming was custom tailored to fit with the Four Seasons luxury brand.

In addition to the roving entertainment we provided for the previous year, for this edition we also add a living red carpet dress and stilt walkers with marionette musicians that greeted guests upon arrival.
Our immersive cast of elaborately costumed stilt walkers, musicians, and a jester welcomed guests on our custom-designed living red carpet. With over 50 feet in length, this living red carpet was stretched out across the Four Seasons foyer onto the valet. Guests were escorted down the path by the immersive performers.
