Graduating summa cum laude, Diana Lozano holds an M.F.A. from the California Institute for the Arts, in Integrated Media through the schools of Theater, Performance Art, Design and Technology.   Currently, Mrs. Lozano teaches at the New World School of the Arts where she also received her B.F.A. in Musical Theater.   After grad school, Diana went on to further her studies in clowning and physical theater at the Dell Arte School of Physical Theater in Blue Lake California.  


In 2002, Diana founded Circ X.  Through her company she has produced, directed, designed and created for thousands of clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to some of the country's premier theatres and music/film/art festivals.  As seen on the Travel Channel, she was the creative director for Miami longest running cabaret, The Chat Noir at Dream Cabaret.   Each week featured a different spectacle. 

In 2008 she was commissioned by the Miami Light Project to create a multidisciplinary production for the Adrienne Arsht Center for the performing arts of Miami.    In 2012, she produced a 3 hour spectacular for the Fillmore at the Jackie Gleason Theater in celebration of Circ X's 10 year anniversary.  Out of thousands of applicants,  she was awarded the Knights Arts Challenge grant to produce Miami centric cabaret at the Gleason Room, backstage at the Fillmore the Theatre in 2015.  Most recently, she was awarded the Knights New Work 2020 grant to reimagine what performance will be like in the age of Covid-19.
